This presentation will provide some insights into a two-year study funded by the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations that focused on building a pipeline of diverse millennial professionals in the communication management industry. Findings from the study will be presented, as well as practical recommendations for developing diverse talent and encouraging them to stick with the profession after college. Educators and professionals will benefit from understanding how to develop quality young professionals during their collegiate years.
