Michele Elrod is an Executive V.P. and the Head of Marketing for Regions Financial Corporation where she provides strategic marketing direction and management for one of the a top U.S. bank-holding companies in the U.S.
Before serving in her current position, Michele held a number of management roles in strategic marketing and sales training. She has a master’s degree from the University of Alabama where she serves as a mentor at the Culverhouse School of Commerce and the School of Communication and Information Sciences. She is also the recipient of the 2014 Outstanding Alumna Award in Advertising and was recognized in 2014 by The Birmingham Business Journal as a top CMO.
Michele spoke on many contemporary topics including Social Media and Marketing to the “New Consumer,” The Use of Big Data and the Changing Roles of Marketing, Customer Centricity and Digital in the Financial Industry.
